REPAIR & REBUILD SERVICES (CRT-BASED)

Repair Services

Repair includes the standard repair of any and all electrical problems within the product to restore proper operating condition. General hand cleaning of the product is performed and critical components known to be problematic are replaced. The cathode ray tube (CRT) is not replaced.

HOWEVER, if the CRT is dim (below 50%), de-focused (blurry), or shows signs of phosphor burn-in (phosphor damage), the product will need a full rebuild.

IMPORTANT: Units received having custom OEM logic assemblies, or have catastrophic damage (i.e., water, fire, lightning, and/or shipping damage), the rebuild rate will apply.

Rebuild Services

Rebuild includes the complete repair of any and all electrical problems within the product to restore proper operating condition. This also includes the replacement or rejuvenation of the CRT. This level of service generally results in a teardown, hand cleaning, and re-assembly of the product to check for other problems that may exist.

Pricing & Terms

Our charges are flat rate which includes all parts and labor. Purchase orders are required. A Return Material Authorization (RMA) will be issued as a reference for shipping and receipt by our company. Our pay terms for domestic orders are NET 30 days from date of product return date. International orders require wire transfer or pre-payment drawn on a domestic bank.

Turnaround Times

Generally, it takes 3-4 weeks from receipt of the product until it ships back to the customer. Exceptions are lack of purchase order received with order, physical damage to product upon receipt, or unpaid invoices from previous service by our company.

Expedited service is available at no extra charge if special arrangements are made in advance. We treat expedited repair and rebuild services like a doctor appointment. We can often provide expedited service in as little as 2-3 business days if appointment is made in advance.

Any product sent to our company for repair and then deemed un-repairable, will be returned intact with an inspection charge of $500.00. However, return freight charges will be the responsibility of the customer.
